Once payment is received, Lee Ann will reach out to you via email to set a Zoom meeting that best fits everyone’s availability.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Availability for a MetaInsight™  session may take up to four to weeks to schedule. 

  • Refunds for MetaInsight™  can be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the session will include a small deduction to cover PayPal fees. 

  • Refunds are not available for consultations cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice.

  • MetaInsight™  can be rescheduled by emailing leeann@leeannheltzel.com

  • MetaInsight™ includes a PDF of the transmission and an audio recording once complete.

  • Upon purchase you will receive a link to schedule your MetaInsights intake call.
